a. Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content (text prompts, uploaded images) you provide. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing on intellectual property rights, or violates our prohibited conduct policy.
b. Ownership: You retain any ownership rights you have in the User Content you provide. The ownership of the AI-generated images may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model provider (Google). We make no claims on the copyright of the images you create.

- Violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAZY PIXELS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
